Program Structure
You gave Austin tests to find out what kind of a learner he is. I think that made all the difference. He does not hate coming there to learn. He received a 91 percent on a test after 2 hours of working at Sylvan that he had been working on at school for 7 months and the highest grade he received there was 30 percent.
