Do you have the willingness to sit on the phone or chat over the Internet with someone for hours and hours and still maintain your composure as they do their level best to understand what to do next? Not that our software is complicated, it isn’t – it’s incredibly simple – but that’s not to say there isn’t someone out there that needs that little extra help.
